Marquees in the Park

 

 

 

Please read these helpful hints for your Wedding or Party Event

 

  • Council Permission has to be obtained for cermony and reception.

  • Oliver Hire will check with council and ask for paper work concerning hire.

  • Access has to be cleared before Oliver Hire can get trucks in.

  • Need to get keys to council gates. Oliver Hire is more than happy to help with this but it needs to be discussed with us.

 

 

  • Area is to be marked and spotter to be there and ready for Oliver Hire trucks to turn up.

  • A fee will apply if wating time over 5 mins of $77.00 every hour per person.

  • Oliver Hire will not pay for any fees for parking of their trucks.

  • Oliver Hire must be told or shown exactly the access to parks and council land.

     

 

  • If marquee is to be decorated there will be a extra $77.00 if Oliver Hire have to wait around half way through the job.

  • If decoration happens after Oliver have erected – no problem.  Please ask for them to bring a ladder (which will be an extra cost).  Marquees can stand up to 12ft.

 

 

  • Cleaning Fee of $100.00 applies to all hires that do not clean up the dishes.

  • Oliver Hire will not take your rubbish. Please plan to have this organised, council will organise bins etc when needed

  • You might need to hire a toilet if in park, could cost about $200.00 approx, council permission needs to be sorted

 

 

  • Oliver Hire prefer Professional Caterers, as friends of friends need to read the list of requirements on the hire and abide by the hire rules

 

Caterers

  • Take rubbish away after event.

  • Clean dishes and glasses etc.

  • If you cannot do this please let Oliver Hire know as we will charge a extra $100.00 depending on the amount. All catering equipment has to be left as it was hired or cleaning fee will apply.

 

 

Cerificate of Currency can be obtain from Oliver Hire and presented to council.
